Once you have completed the video and the quiz at the end you can proceed to get your certificate. The Certificate generated will be your temporary certificate. This will suffice until you contact us for the Final Signed Certificate. It states on the generated certificate how to contact us and the final will come to you via email shortly after.

You will want to contact us for the final certificate immediately after receiving your temporary certificate.

The reason for the temporary certificate is that as providers of this course, we have to maintain and verify specific records required by Virginia for the CEs to qualify. The final certificate is issued once we have verified we have all the necessary information. This is a quick turn-around and you do not have to worry about having to wait awhile to get your final certificate. Remember we are also Home Inspectors and understand the need of getting things done in a timely fashion and we are here to help you!
